Lilienfeld Chair

The Lilienfeld Chair was designed to complement the Gilbert Desk. Cherry wood.

This design has taken a Prairie School chair of Frank Lloyd Wright and made it comfortable. The seat is carved with a chainsaw, shaped with a body grinder and finished with a random orbital sander. The hand-shaping and slight tapers to the verticals are additional breaks with the rigid FLW forms.
